Devote yourself to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us too, that God may open a door for our message.

Prayer is a priority at Christ Lutheran Church.  We believe it is essential to grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ, because in God's Word, 2 Thessalonians 5:17, we are called to "pray without ceasing."  If you have concerns, needs, or thanksgivings you would like us to lift up in prayer, please send us your Prayer Request.  (All requests are confidential)

And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so the the Son may bring glory to the Father. You may ask me for anything in my name and I will do it.
John 14:13
WEEKLY PRAYER GROUP
Prayer ministry is a weekly gathering of Christians for the purpose of giving praise, thanks, honor and love to Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior.  It's a time that we gather together as a community of believers, to pray for our church, community, and the world as our God as the Holy Spirit prompts us. Individual prayer requests are also addressed during this time.
Prayer meetings have two purposes:
*To praise, worship and honor God.
*To build up the body of Christ.
The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.
John 5:16
OPERATION ROLLING THUNDER
Operation Rolling Thunder is the strategy to initiate 7/24 prayer and to initiate the formation of Transformation Task Forces which are the apostolic teams.  The Christian Outreach Network Establishing City-wide Teamwork (CONECT) is the system that sustains 24/7/365 prayer in cities. It connects local churches, apostolic networks, Transformation Task Forces, cities, counties, states and nations through Chapters of CONECT.
This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.
1John 5:14
